Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support B2B CFO to achieve financial performance targets and proactively manage financial results, including strong business partnering with the different B2B LT members and functions.
• Provide solid financial analysis of large multi-year B2B contracts including assessing the accounting and tax implications involving FRA and TAX teams
• Lead the Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) colleagues based in Hyderabad and ensure all BPA cycle related activities are performed in high quality and a timely manner; manage and coordinate processes between divisions
• Lead the consolidation, presentation and interpretation of the financial results in a meaningful way to ensure effective decision-making
• Challenge and investigate results with the objective of identifying gaps, check progress towards budget achievement and recommend gap closing actions assessing risks & opportunities
• Ensure high quality preparation of sales projections for short-term (LO) and long-term (TGT, LF, LTP), leveraging on a strong collaboration with supply and sales teams
• Develop a KPI system for achieving B2B goals, monitor performance and support sales team in attaining or surpassing KPIs
• Conduct market monitoring with focus on market trends, threats and opportunities: monthly reports and weekly updates on major events impacting B2B
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of the pricing strategy and initiatives, including developing TPC intelligence (capacity and absorption maps) in collaboration with manufacturing sites.
• Pro-actively support and partner with other Sandoz commercial BPA Heads
• Deputize for CFO B2B

Specialist Experience

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Graduate in business, economics or finance-related degree or post-degree qualification (MBA preferred)
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German advantageous
• At least 8 years of finance experience preferably in generic pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
• Sound business/marketing acumen, preferably with experience in a sales role
• Experience in NTO advantageous.
• Proven analytical skills, highly numerate, experience in common statistical analysis and techniques, proficient user of common business intelligence systems
• Experienced in planning tools (i.e. BPC) and SAP modules (i.e. FICO / SPMR)
