The Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, aligning and reporting Right Shoring performance drivers and associated metrics to the Business Efficiency Teams, COOs, Journey Heads and associated support function.
  • Advancing analytic capabilities globally through promotion of best practice processes and tools as well as existing & new BI investments for Right Shoring
  • Developing and deploying test and learn BI pilots
  • Radically transforming BI practices and reporting processes leveraging existing budgets
  • Improve speed on the flow of information delivery, broaden access to information insights and simplify information discovery and analysis.
  • Work closely with Global, Sector and Local stakeholders across the organization to understand key business intelligence and reporting needs, gaps and in-flight plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements in analytics, reporting, tools, and data; implement and track satisfaction with changes and improvements.
  • In conjunction with IT and local Insights & Analytics teams, implement BI Pilots that transform capabilities, tools and services. Ensure flawless deployment of pilot-tested capabilities through management of business partners, IT, consultants and end users.
  • Lead change management strategies and training development and deployment for next-generation BI implementation.
  • Drive MT / Board Level Reporting on Hubbing and Right Shoring with the Business Efficiency & HR Analytics teams
  • Provide hubbing insights and drive opportunity identification for new hubbing activities within the bank.
  • Manage and support in-country strategic planning and budgeting processes for segments and products, including business projections for hubbing.
  • Ensure consistency with group Corporate Planning processes
  • Drive discussions with COOs, Journey Heads, Countries and GBS Finance teams to provide insights, drive consistency and initiate the governance
  • Drive MT, GBS EXCO and reporting to Regulators pertaining to Right Shoring and hubbing through the various governance forums within the bank.
  • Continuously drive to new insights into the growth of hubbing with the bank.
  • Support relevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current and possible future policies, practices, and trends.
Regulatory & Business conduct

  • Lead the Right shoring enablement to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk.
Project/Change Management
  • Measure outcomes on Change initiatives/ program post-implementation to evaluate benefits realisation.
  • Provide subject matter expert advice, guidance and support to the project managers on managing change.
  • Review new business requirements and provide solutions where required.
Success Factors
  • Acknowledgement from key stakeholders that the Right Shoring Enablement team under your leadership made it easy to do business with GBS.
  • Good Voice of Business Partner / Workforce results.
    • Streamlined reporting standards for all right shoring related activities in the hubs. 

Specialist Experience


  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
  • The creation and use of strategic insights within a company
  • Market insight technical mastery expertise – significant experience and understanding across the full breadth of market insight techniques
  • A thorough understanding of data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function. Challenges organization & suppliers to innovate with better tools & processes to ensure constant progress of PepsiCo analytics.
  • Very strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from category consumption, brands drivers, macro & micro trends, and future forces of consumer change and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business.
  • Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and tell simple story
  • Proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact.
  • Can effectively perform under uncertainty and can shift gears easily. Is persistent & resilient in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take on new challenges and works to resolve issues
  • Provides leadership by delivering systemic assessments of Right Shoring performance; Addresses systemic issues/barriers
  • Awareness and understanding of current technology concepts; database structure; business intelligence solutions; online versus offline solutions. Consulting experience and skill set strongly preferred
  • Statistical methods and testing; and test/control design;
  • Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
