Position Overview
The Country Sales Manager is responsible for the success of Autodesk’s business growth and expansion in Russia/CIS, while overseeing all aspects of the business. The Country Sales Manager will need to be highly driven, with the ability to build a business from the ground up.


  • Develop and execute a country wide plan and vision, in line with the organization’s strategy, that delivers transformational value to our customers and partners
  • Develop, lead, manage and orchestrate the Autodesk business, customers and partners in-country to drive expansion and growth
  • Sales management and forecast accuracy - deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Build and strengthen the Autodesk brand and awareness in Country, representing all functions of the company
  • Autodesk Ambassador - speak and represent Autodesk at events and conferences
  • Establish and sustain long-term strategic relationships across the entire ecosystem (Customers, Partners, Government, Competitors, Interest/Focus Groups)
  • Develop government relationships with the key stakeholders to influence and drive country initiatives
  • Collaborate with other internal functions (not reporting into this job), to ensure successful execution of strategic sales and marketing programs.
  • Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities.




Specialist Experience

  • 10+ years’ or more experience in similar sales management roles
  • Engineering bachelor’s degree from recognized institute and/or MBA an advantage
  • Experience in the Architecture, Infrastructure, and Construction field is preferred
  • Fluent in English and the language of the country
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Well organized and driven by success
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to form relationships and influence
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
