Regulatory Affairs Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for new registration, amendments, re-registration, certification in Russia & CIS
  • Take leadership to organize effective workflow with adequate resources and costs to register products in the countries according business requirements and local regulations
  • Manage & fulfill the registration plan in accordance to the company internal requirements
  • Research country specific regulatory requirements and business environment
  • Communication with government institutes and local dealer
  • Communication with global HQ RA and foreign manufacturers in frame of collecting the registration dossiers and getting information required for certification
  • Control of existing certificates and the expiration dates, In time prolongation
  • Handle the budget for registration and control the expenses
  • Create and update electronic archives of certificates and dossiers
  • Collaborate with operating companies and business units on corporate procedures (cross functional meetings, RA standard procedures, register, workshops)
  • Manage registration cases through daily management and track on-time delivery of registration projects
  • Information support to marketing, sales, customer care and logistics departments

Specialist Experience

  • Education at university level (technical or MBA is preference)
  • Experience or deep understanding of regulatory and certification environment in Russia
  • Strong leadership and focus on result
  • The ability to find a compromise decision with optimal risks
  • Management skills (is a preference)
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
