Director Market Product Management

Job Description

  • Execute and adjust the product strategy: value proposition, pricing, deployment plan with key stakeholders (Issuers, Acquirers, merchants), business case, competitive positioning, go-to-market plan, etc.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plan
  • Partner with local and regional resources (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Delivery, Acceptance, finance) for execution
  • Manage cross functional virtual team of internal stakeholders in the market and in the region
  • Advocates for and champions instalment internally and in the external market - attend external meetings to drive sales and engagement of external stakeholders
  • Prepares presentations for senior management - Able to confidently present to a large audience
  • Responsible for product performance - Selects and monitors product's key performance metrics
  • Might involve travel


Specialist Experience

  • Strategic and business planning experience, experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plan - Analytical thinking.
  • Consulting background is an asset
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem
  • Team player with experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional role
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to both business and technical audiences
  • Project management skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a cross functional team environment - Entrepreneurial approach and vision
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. MBA preferred
  • English fluent written and spoken
