Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) Marketing Manager

Global Operation Talent Acquisition Marketing is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, personable, and detail-oriented email marketing manager who is comfortable shaping our candidate relationship marketing strategy to provide hiring lift. As an email marketing manager on our team you will be primarily focused on the creation and optimization of CRM marketing to attract diverse talent who can chart new paths for Operations at Amazon.

You are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently to balance strategic thinking with tactical work that are anchored in delighting candidates. You identify market challenges and opportunities that put data-informed plans into action. You will be joining a fast growing, quickly evolving marketing team, so the ability to wear many hats and help out on many projects, in addition to email marketing will be crucial. The ideal candidate will have a track record of operational excellence, creativity, and using analytics to drive results. Additionally, you will help design systems to measure and improve our email performance and customer engagement across all our delivery channels, analyze metrics, course correct based on data, and report on performance. In this role you will research, build, and deliver email campaigns that provide timely, authentic and well tested content to our candidates.

Responsibilities include:
· Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns targeted at new and existing candidates
· Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs
· Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management
· Manage and maintain content rules that drive personalization of marketing efforts, monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize rules to maximize effectiveness.
· Partner with organization peers and CRM team to develop, influence and integrate CRM strategies across the enterprise.
· Manage and maintain ongoing communications calendar, adapting content to evolving business needs.


Specialist Experience

· 5+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles with a focus on data-driven, personalized marketing content.
· Bachelor's degree in related field


Preferred Qualifications
· Experience using Campaign management tools and ESP providers to execute campaigns.
· Understanding of data privacy and governance policies.
· Strong Excel skills
· Familiarity working with HTML, CSS,
· Proficiency in using SQL to get needed data to drive business and marketing decisions
· An MBA or other advanced degree
· Strong background in the digital asset production process is a plus.
