Job Description

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is a $2.5B strategic business unit within Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT). HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities connected, safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient and is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions worldwide. HBS specializes in service of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management.

Principal Responsibilities:

Implement best in class sales leader management operating system which includes: Territory Plans, Account Plans, Sales Call Plans, Opportunity Management Plans, and Sales Force Enablement (tools that support sales individuals making their plan)

Determine number of face to face customer meetings required by each Account Manager to ensure sales funnel is large enough to consistently exceed AOP

Ensure overall service growth by measuring and tracking new service contracts, renewals and proactively engage all customers as needed to grow the service business

Drive accurate sales orders forecasting

Utilize outcome driven analytics to optimize salesforce deployment. Drive sales productivity and resource profile required to deliver sales plans.

Lead talent strategy for the Sales function, including the Management Resource Review (MRR) process, performance management processes, and talent development/recruitment

Operational coordination across business to ensure optimum competitive strength for HBS, HBT and Honeywell

Develop sales quotas and track/report on performance

Travel >50%, including overnight travel.

Specialist Experience

You must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other business related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and/or General Management in related fields (HVACBMS)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading and managing people

Direct experience with Salesforce.com. Data analytics experience, education, or background

Software direct to market sales experience

Building Technology Projects & Services industry experience
