Sales Analyst – Account Management



The Mission

The Sales Analyst supports the overall commercial strategy of Mastercard in the market. Her/His mission is to support the sales process of Mastercard’s technology and services.

- Based on a profound knowledge of your customers business you will identify the relevant Mastercard services that meet your customer’s needs and contribute to the achievement of the sales target
- You will evaluate business opportunities in terms of impact and financial return. Develop our business within existing customers and seek new opportunities in the market by making attractive business and service proposals
- You will supervise project execution, collaborating across all business functions, to assure a delivery that will exceed your customers’ expectations
- Your focus is your customer. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with all the decision makers of your customers. Gradually your responsibilities will grow to own the relationship with a portfolio of Mastercard clients.



Specialist Experience

- Entrepreneurship mindset with strong ability to take initiatives, a taste for challenge and a huge sale orientation
- Self-starter with a natural ability to learn independently relying on the sources at hand and by seeking advice from the team
- Analytical skills to understand customer needs, identify market perspectives, understand technological and data-based services, use sophisticated business cases and provides insight and analysis of market and customer business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
- Team player with an ability to collaborate with all the internal and external stakeholders (technical teams, products teams, sales experts, legal teams etc…) with a strong problem-solving orientation
- A first successful experience in a challenging environment and in a challenging market (start-up, retail, consulting) and in conducting business development activities working with cross functional partners
- Fluency in both French and Dutch is a big plus, Fluency in English is required
- Understand the new evolutions in technology and how the apply to business
- Master degree/business school/MBA
