Our team consists of continuous improvement and IT specialists whom work at all levels of the organization to resolve tough business problems. Additionally, we work with leaders to build a continuous improvement culture.

 

About the role

 

As an Internal Project Manager it will be your responsibility to successfully form, develop and lead E2E project teamwork as well as demonstrate a positive attitude and the required level of communication and interaction. You will foster cross functional collaboration within BE and especially beyond, i.e. across the SE organization and beyond. 

 

More specific responsibilities will be:

  • Develop clear business case for continuous improvement work in the areas of Service related business priorities using lean six sigma methods
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across functions to scope, align team resources, collect data for baseline performance and current state, verify root cause, select + pilot optimal solutions and document future state process
  • Secure robust, sustainable control plans are in place with clear metrics, training, standards and procedures
  • Calculate and document realized gains, productivity impact and replication opportunities
  • Coach and mentor managers and CI practitioners at strategic, tactical and operational levels of organization

 

Specialist Experience

 

 

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Management or Business Administration degree – and a candidate with an MBA (or similar) is strongly preferred. You have professional work experience with at least 5 years’ experience directly leading significant business transformation initiatives.

You have formal Lean and Six Sigma training with experience facilitating Value Stream Management, kaizen methods and other key Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies in technical and transactional work areas and have 5+ years Six Sigma Black Belt experience.
