Rare Diseases Brand Manager

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for a product in rare diseases area and develop the Sanofi leadership and partnership in relevant specialities to meet immediate sales, profitability objectives and long-term development objectives
  • Prepare marketing plans, analyzing the relevant markets and defining long and short term qualitative and quantitative objectives
  • Manage communications with sales force and other peers and all strategic partners to ensure business and marketing objectives are met
  • Maintain close relations with the sales force to ensure interchange of information
  • To communicate the brand marketing strategies to the sales team and other cross functional teams through both brand strategy and periodical meetings; to ensure cooperation regarding the strategies and to monitor the results
  • Maintain and develop credibility and reputation amongst KOLs, HCPs and other stakeholders
  • To monitor the innovations, market developments, competitor activities and opportunities in the market; to keep the brand vision dynamic in accordance with the market conditions; to develop projects to take benefit from opportunities in the market


Specialist Experience



Required Qualifications:

  • University degree (Marketing or MBA degree is a plus),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management within multinational environment,
  • Advanced level of English is a must,
  • Well command of MS Office applications,
  • Creative  and strategic thinking,
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organization skills,
  • Effective presentation skill,
