Your opportunity

The Global Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) team is looking for an individual to support the execution of WorldClass, Deloitte’s societal impact initiative to empower 50 million futures by 2030. This role is in Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte Global) within Global Brand. It will report to Senior Manager / Manager, Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.


The role offers a unique opportunity to drive societal impact strategies and solutions with colleagues around the world. Through this role you will support the CR&S team in: societal impact program and partnership design and implementation, advising CR&S leaders across geographies, project management, research and analysis, and management of internal and external stakeholders.

Your role

We are seeking someone who has demonstrated commitment to Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, or a related field. The role is ideal for a versatile topperforming,

Consultant or Senior Consultant, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working across the Deloitte global network.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the delivery of key WorldClass partnerships, programs and events (for example One Young World) in collaboration with internal and external

  • stakeholders.

  • Support CR&S team to successfully deliver strategic CR&S projects (planning, implementing, communicating, and follow-up).

  • Develop and manage project plans, prepare partnership and program activation deliverables, including presentations, speeches, and other materials as required.

  • In collaboration with partner organizations, develop and support Deloitte leadership and delegation engagement during key events.

You will be based at our London office, with an option of working from home one day a week


Work pattern:

This is a fixed term contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis. Our team members work a variety of agile working patterns. Tell us what arrangement works for you and we’ll try to accommodate.



Specialist Experience


  • Flexibly manage workload to deliver multiple projects in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Work both as part of a 'virtual team' across countries and cultures, or confidently work autonomously as needed

  • Stakeholder engagement:

    • Manage key stakeholders and contributors at various levels of seniority, from staff to senior executives across DTTL, Deloitte member firms, and external

    • organizations.

    • Develop strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders relevant to the delivery of the global CR&S strategy.Communications

  • Communications & eminence

    • Work with relevant teams and member firms to help design and activate communications campaigns in line with key WorldClass priorities and programs.

    • Contribute to internal and external communications initiatives, including but not limited to Deloitte’s positioning and engagement at key forums focused on issues related to WorldClass and key CR&S priorities.

    • In collaboration with partner organizations, develop and support Deloitte leadership positioning and engagement during the key events.

    • Prepare research summaries, written and verbal briefings, and presentations synthesizing findings and recommendations

    • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail

  • Research and analysis

    • Conduct primary and secondary research to inform the global CR&S strategy and best practice sharing across member firms, including desktop research, issue analysis, and internal consultations/interviews.

    • Actively scan the external environment for news, trends, opportunities, and risks. Maintain an ongoing understanding of Deloitte’s marketplace positioning.

    • Participate actively with points of view, ideas, opinions and other input in meetings, discussions, and other forums.

  • Work experience and academic studies in one or more of the following fields is preferred: public policy, politics, international affairs, social and environmental issues management, education, cross-sector collaboration and partnerships, non-profit management, and/or international development. Demonstrated ability to navigate working in a global context is preferred.

  • BA or BS in one of the following fields preferred: Business; Economics; Public Policy; International Affairs; Politics, Philosophy and Economics; Sustainability; Corporate Responsibility or equiverlant

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPP or MPA), Master of International Affairs/ Development, Master of Sustainability/Corporate Responsibility or similar.

  • Ability to speak more than one language is preferred
