Job Description:
  • Make an interface between the Human Resources area and the client areas, diagnosing needs and proposing HR solutions;
  • Be responsible for HR Governance for the Sales area, organizing forums with Sr Leadership and human resources leadership, being a focal point in the preparation of materials and dynamics related to HR processes
  • To be responsible for the generation and distribution of key people indicators for the Sales area, compiling, distributing and evolving KPI analysis, being:
  • process facilitator for HR Sales management
  • coordinate the mapping of opportunities and improvements in key indicators and people processes
  • To be the facilitator of the main HR processes and policies with the client area: indicators and analytics, performance management, organizational climate, culture, career, salary issues, issues related to labor legislation, etc;
  • Conduct, together with the specialist area, recruitment and selection processes with internal and external candidates at different levels;
  • Support the processes of hiring and integrating new employees, as well as training the team according to the training schedule established
  • Support the talent mapping process with business leaders, building development plans that address strengths and opportunities and prepare talent for next steps
  • Advisory role with corporate HR areas to ensure that HR processes and policies are complied with by client areas;
  • Understand, analyze, recommend and make feasible the demands for changes in structure and personnel movements;
  • Support the different HR specialist areas in defining / reviewing policies and designing solutions;  


Specialist Experience

  • Complete higher education, preferably in Business Administration or related areas;
  • Postgraduate or MBA will be considered differential;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Previous experience in Data Analysis and Human Resources (Experience as an internal HR consultant will be considered a differential);
  • Knowledge and skills: Results Orientation; Collaborates and Influences; Motivates and inspires others; Creates an Inclusive Culture and Develops Talents;
  • Availability for travel - 50% time worked
