We work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver and manage business transformation projects in one or more of the following areas:

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems related to company maintenance management program, maintenance spending, and maintenance planning processes where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Examine large client maintenance cost and data sets to assess client maintenance spending and company maintenance performance, and then develop a plan and program to support recommendations to enable targeted improvements.
  • Develop material presentations, conduct interviews, and facilitate working sessions and meetings with client counterparts and senior level client management.
  • Be able to work and act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments; independently apply methods and procedures on various assignments, with the necessary guidance from Deloitte SME or leadership as appropriate
  • Interact with senior management at a client site on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on a suggested approach, methodology, or solution
  • Build strong client relationships with client counterparts and management; validate Deloitte as trusted, principled, and dependable advisors for our clients and partners
  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by Deloitte and Client senior management.

Specialist Experience


Preferred qualifications - an ideal candidate will have the following:



  • Graduate/Master degree in Mining and geology engineering related, Industrial Technology, Management Information System, and Business & Economic, General Management or other engineering related field.
  • MBA with operation/business improvement experience is highly preferred.
  • At least 4 year-experience in project planning and implementation, within the mining or manufacturing industry
  • Wide experiences in industry and business practices
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Experienced professional with strong communication skills (written and verbal) who is able to interact with senior management.
  • Familiar with business case development
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Experience with project planning, management and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience directly dealing with cross functional areas/ stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel Skill 
  • Must be able to travel regularly for assignment
  • Willing to be assigned and work in remote location (outside Java Island) for certain duration
