The role of Spoke NGSC P2P Business Partner Lead is to design, implement and sustain the P2P global strategy within Region Europe 30+ countries. Driving cross-country alignment for Business Partner delivery within their Business Partner teams (direct reports), with a strong focus on process standardization, continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction. This role owns the Change Management and Customer Satisfaction strategic plan and implementation for all of Region Europe. Ensuring Key Stakeholders, Countries and Functions are engaged, informed and participating in providing P2P customer insight, challenges and opportunities. They and their Business Partner teams will play a key role in providing regional customer feedback to the P2P Global Service Organization (GSO) and Hub/ECI P2P operational teams to drive the design and implementation of appropriate end-to-end P2P process solutions and mitigations. As well, this role owns the management of all Key Region Europe Suppliers ensuring frequent and close relationship with procurement category managers /country heads and supplier representatives to align on processes, drive adherence to Novartis policies and strategies with positive impact on the Key metric/KPI of Suppliers Paid On Time (POT%) and Finance Core process standardization.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Design Region Europe’s (30+ countries) Change Management and Customer Satisfaction plan. Including but not limited to key stakeholder mapping (by countries), comprehensive change management and engagement plans (outlining key communication forums and purpose). Ensuring a consistent methodology and data collection within their Business Partner teams (Direct reports) in engaging key stakeholders/countries/functions.
• Drive the design, implementation, and communication of appropriate end-to-end P2P solutions (short term and long term) and mitigations for Region Europe and key stakeholders.
• Key Liaison with P2P Global Service Organization and Global P2P Hub/ECI operations (Hyderabad), ensuring that all Region Europe Key stakeholder/countries/functions insights, data, challenges and opportunities are in an actionable and prioritized format to ensure the design, delivery and implementation P2P solutions and mitigations for Region Europe
• In conjunction with the P2P RE Customer Satisfaction plan, pro-actively monitor customer engagement forums feedback and data to identify key trends and opportunities to identify early end-to-end P2P process/system enhancements and mitigations to improve CSAT KPI. Categorize into an opportunity matrix and engage appropriately GSO team and/or Hub/ECI operations.
• Key P2P Leadership team member, providing actionable Region Europe customer insight and feedback to P2P GSO team and P2P Global Hub/ECI operations to drive end-to-end P2P process/system improvements, solutions and mitigations

Specialist Experience

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Char-tered Accountant / MBA desirable
• 8-10 years of Financial experience, with in-depth functional & process expertize
• Proven record of successfully managing projects driving performance (e.g. ERP implementation)
• Previous experience in managing change and communications and R2P/P2P expertise
• Excellent people skills, leadership exposure
