Job Description

You will support the Global Service Solution Marketing team on creating and deploying new service offerings to drive service leadership throughout the industry for Hilti. By orchestrating various functions across the organization, you will contribute to provide a seamless customer experience that drives customer loyalty and creates sustainable value.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

What does the role involve?

As intern in our department you’ll be part of the Service Solution Marketing Team. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop and deploy innovative and new services.

Your key responsibilities will be to support the Product Manager in order to bring innovative solutions to the customer. Your tasks will be from the beginning to the end – from market assessments, business case creation, supporting with specification, testing, creating content (for internal use as well as for customer) to preparing the numbers to make sure we are also creating impact in the marketplace. Diversity is in the nature of our business and you will have plenty of chances to communicate with our teams on different continents and bring up your ideas.

MARKETING - We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.

Specialist Experience


  • Master’s / MBA degree student in technical, engineering and/or marketing studies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Excel and Power Point
  • Very good communication and coordination skills in a cross-functional and global environment
  • Familiar with an independent work style and ready to take responsibility in own area of competence
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
