Manager (f/m/d) Printer & Supplies Marketing Germany & Austria

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who has shown they can lead country or regional teams to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive business results. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be heading our Marketing team for the Printing business unit in Germany and Austria, managing a team of employees across 3 different sites and 2 countries. You’ll be working closely with our printing business unit, our direct salesforce and channel-partners as well as regional and global marketing teams.

Your responsibilities will encompass driving the brand and the business in all market segments, from consumer over SMB to enterprise - covering our portfolio of home- and business-printers, supplies, services and Solutions.


The ideal candidate will be digitally savvy, with a track record of driving incremental sales in consumer and commercial environments.  You’ll likely have worked for a major international brand before, perhaps in another part of the world, and you’ll be able to demonstrate how you’ve led teams to deliver end-to-end marketing, from insights to execution.


What will be your core responsibilities?

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors in Germany and Austria
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans for printer hardware, supplies and services in close cooperation with the business leadership and regional marketing leaders, product specialists and go to market teams - truly bringing to life the 4Ps of marketing
  • Oversee the development of local campaigns.
  • Deliver brand awareness and demand generation programs that advance leadership and deliver superior ROI in both consumer and commercial markets
  • Continuously optimize the marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage all print marketing budgets, funding and forecasting

Work in close cooperation with the country marketing director  



Specialist Experience

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  • 10+ years' marketing experience
  • Demonstrable outstanding work from insights to execution
  • Experience in people management
  • Industry, sales, channel and/or program management experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer segments in Germany
  • Digital mastery with demonstrable knowledge and experience of data driven marketing, account-based marketing, social marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEA and media
  • International experience with global mindset
  • Proven track record in strategic communications planning
  • High level of tact and diplomacy
  • Budget planning and process management
  • Driven, energetic, transformational and engaging
  • Quick learner, blast to action, brave
  • Fluent in German and English
