You will be part of Human Resources Team and will partner with the business to source, attract, asses and select the best talent, at the right time at the right place.

These are the details:

• Develop a senior team with specialists focused on recruitment.
• Manage workload quality and performance through audit for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of work, in compliance with service delivery metrics (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs).
• Be able to cope with active and passive candidates from various sources, including, direct sourcing, internal employees and referrals.
• Lead End-To-End recruitment processes for WL 5 to 6 (internal and external), ensuring Quality of Hire from the Hiring Manager and also New Hire’s satisfaction perspectives.
• Build and maintain partnership with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and bring the best talents at the right time.
• Engage and manage key HR stakeholders to deliver best in class recruitment experience.
• Create and maintain Diversity strategies to generate a diverse recruitment talent pipeline.
• Manage & negotiate with hiring managers & candidates to be offered to ensure the right people at the right costs.

Essential for this position:

•Bachelor degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
•Strong experience in End to End Recruitment operations in Multinational Companies in Brazil.
•Previous experience managing executive and senior positions.
•Previous experience managing high performance teams.
•Fluent Level of Portuguese, English and Spanish.

•Execution and Results orientation.
•Resilience and confidence in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have *Optional

•Agribusiness industry knowledge.
•MBA or Post Graduation will be considered a plus.
• Previous experience in large multinational companies working with Shared Services/ HR Services areas.
• Previous experience working on Recruitment firms or agencies.
• Knowledge of TALEO or other recruitment systems.
