Position Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for strategic planning to meet challenging schedules, driving results, and establishing priorities for various project tasks. Role requires the ability to manage the business and technology risks associated with NPD programs and existing products. This position offers the selected candidate the opportunity to lead global teams in a fast-paced and growth oriented environment in pursuit of overall business goals



  • Lead global growth opportunities and NPD programs. Program management for new product launch & improvement programs of significant importance to the business.
  • Achieve financial goals to deliver gross margin (GM) and EBIT performance.
  • Facilitating global, cross-functional teams in support of business goals
  • Achieving results in a highly global matrixed environment.
  • Evaluating business proposals through cost estimating and discounted cash flow analysis.
  • Responsible for Operational performance of operations sites.
  • Insure forecasting and lines loading enable operational performance.
  • Provide PM for NPD or Change Management Programs.
  • Opportunity to lead the operational Center of Excellence.
  • Business planning.
  • Set financial and operational business commitment (AP and LRP).
  • Define manufacturing strategy.

  • Anticipating and communicating issues, recommending corrective action, and taking independent remedial actions and reporting outcomes.

  • Communicate and get consensus on manufacturing strategy with Make site operational leaders.
  • Customer account management.


Specialist Experience


  • B. S. degree or above, majoring in Engineering. Masters in Management or an MBA is preferred.
  • Above1 Year of related working experience of program and/or product management experience in a high-technology environment.
  • Visioning: identifying long-term goals and championing the implementation of different ideas.
  • Championing Change: taking action to effectively support and implement change initiatives.
  • Driving & Achieving Results: challenging and pushing the organization and themselves to excel and achieve.
  • Leading others: leading individuals and global teams to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
  • Team leadership and development.
  • Program management &/or Product Management.  Accurately scopes out the length and difficulty of tasks, and able to assemble resources to get things done effectively and efficiently.
  • PMP Accreditation, working knowledge of Six Sigma or other formal problem solving methodology, and familiarity with AIAG requirements and TS16949 quality system requirements is a plus.
