Job Description

 

This position will be based in Argentina and will be responsible for leading our expansion of CCS Business with local distribution and channel expansion. Reports to Commercial Ops Director. Leading our categories expansion inside respective channels for both RCP and RC while leading an expected local operation with local supply and warehousing. Will leads a sales and demand creation teams in near future as part of our strategic growth plan.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Grow sales among current customers and channels
  • Build local expansion plan for CCS Argentina based on local model
  • Generate growth strategies with the distribution network, based on the sell out indicators of each one
  • Identify potential channels and customers for RC business
  • Build and present right org structure based on growth ambition.
  • Implementation of trade marketing strategies

 

Specialist Experience

  • Bachelor with degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing
  • Major in Business, Marketing or MBA is preferred
  • 8 years or over of Sales experience – B2B companies is preferred.
