Customer Success Coordinator

Job Description

Our mission is to help farmers to sustainably increase productivity through digital tools. This position has a very key role inside Climate, being responsible to bring the best of Field view experience, constantly updating customers of new features, best practice sharing and total digital transformation to farmers Argentina. Your goal is that our customer sees value of their investment, fully adopting and promote our product.
 
Job Responsibilities:
    • Identify customer risk and work with extended team to create and execute plan for customer's success.
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Process team to improve product with focus on reduction of cases and issues - working on root cause resolution and product improvement to maximize customer experience. Ensure correct escalation process and engagement with local team to reduce response time on case resolution.
    • Co-coordinate all marketing automations activities with marketing team ensuring we keep track and engage customers throughout the engagement funnel
    • Work in collaboration with sales team to develop a segmentation of customers, maintain top accounts with key stakeholders
    • Execute customer interaction calls on a day to day level, engaging customers to fully adopt our product
    • Keep track of dashboards and reports that facilitate key business process monitoring, customer health score to influence renewal business and drive user adoption
    • Ensure timely follow up and resolution to drive improvements on the way we interact with customers.
    • Document and maintain oversight of processes and procedures
    • Accountability for customer’s overall success with Climate: renewals, customer health, and customer experience.
    • Build relationships with key leader-stakeholders in Marketing and Sales to drive alignment on Customer Experience process
    • Construct and set strategy and operational effectiveness for the construction of a newly establish customers success role
 

 

Specialist Experience

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s in engineering, Agronomics, Economics or Business Administration. MBA Will be a plus.
  • 3+ years of background in Sales, Marketing, technical Support or other similar areas
  • Fluent English and Portuguese (desirable).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – must be able work closely with and gain buy-in from internal customers, key stakeholders
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to see the big picture and design new processes as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Exceptional problem solving and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-faceted and deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with standard system development life cycle protocols, including requirements gathering, technical specification development, deployment planning, testing, and release communications.
  • High level of proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with a wide array of technology applications and protocols.
  • Enthusiastic about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude; experience at a technology company is a plus
