Job Description

Creates and delivers operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimize return for Retina portfolio / brand strategic marketing plan Align brand & portfolio strategy with life cycle management and key project management Effective communication within the organization to achieve the product objectives Accurate management of budgets by brand Overal accountability for brand Sufficient understanding about disease and market to develop customer oriented & patient oriented programs Support team to achieve team's goals Management of external agencies to support team in a timely manner Ongoing effort to imporve English and computer skills Ensure reporting and follow up of all spontaneous adverse events (AE) and technical complaints for all Novartis products according to respective SOP

 

 

Specialist Experience

University degree and MBA preferred English skill in writing, reading, listening and speaking More than 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical company including Sales and Marketing experience
