Channel Sales in Asia-Pacific (APAC) is growing fast. We engage new partners and enable them through our support, ensuring every small and medium-sized business (SMB) can benefit from the use of digital advertising, especially Google Ads and Google My Business. Our partners provide value propositions, combining their core business and Google offerings to keep clients engaged, growing their operations with a demonstrated understanding of Google Ads API and ensuring their account performance is good and constantly growing.

As Head of Channel Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing a s ecosystem of growth. Additionally, you will establish a high-performing team, demonstrating excellent business judgment.

We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.


  • Manage primary relationships, from C-level to partner sales and account managers.
  • Develop diversified potential partners and new business model to drive future growth.
  • Build compelling, data-driven work plans, leveraging internal and third-party data. Translate data into actionable advertising tactics for partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to get enough support from various teams.
  • Participate in partner acquisition negotiating with C-Level and partner incubation and acceleration working with B-Level stakeholders.


Specialist Experience

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • Ability to learn quickly about the business, market, and partners.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities.
  • Ability to develop go-to-market strategy and business cases.
