Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist

Job Description

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Perform Financial Planning, analysis and reporting for Operational spending and Investments
  • Provide financial guidance for Operational Business cases
  • Control Fixed assets, CAPEX and Depreciation
  • Prepare business review presentations


  • Bring a high level of energy to proactively drive business competitiveness
  • Perform high-quality and forward-looking financial analysis to assure budget control
  • Synthesize diverse business information into relevant insights to identify improvement ideas. Very organized person
  • Team player that works collaboratively influencing Leadership teams and financial Service centers to deliver results
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulation/SOX, company policies and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics


Specialist Experience

  • Advanced Ms. Excel skills, able to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements
  • SAP or similar ERP and BI reporting platform (i.e. SAP BPC/FSA, Oracle, COGNOS)
  • Very analytical person skilled to structure problem solving analysis (Lean knowledge or similar is an advantage)
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate through change or uncertainty
  • Results oriented, knows how to prioritize, ability to communicate and to create rapport with stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Finance, Business Administration or related, (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years executing financial planning, analysis and reporting for multinational organizations
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Ms. Excel skills, able to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Business Level fluency in English language


  • Experience working for Fast-moving Consumer goods industries / Pharmaceutical
  • Experience with Costing processes, Inventory control and Financial reserves
  • Candidates from Talent acceleration programs
