Job Description

Within the Revenue Management & Analytics organization (RM&A), the Global Initiatives & Integration team (GI&I) develops and plans site-specific RM&A Technology strategies and coordinates related projects to enhance the Guest experience and drive revenue . The team is responsible for providing a global strategic business view of all Walt Disney Parks & Resorts RM&A technology-related efforts as well as a single strategic RM&A technology connection point.

The Manager, Initiatives & Integration will report to the Senior Manager, GI&I, and support strategic planning for all RM&A Technology initiatives as well as maintain Ticketing/Admissions program oversight for all park sites (Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Shanghai Disneyland). The successful candidate will have a unique blend of strategic planning, integration, project management, and foresight skills.


  • Lead a high performing, dynamic team focused on project coordination from inception to delivery for RM&A (Pricing, Yielding, Decision Science, Forecasting)
  • Focus on developing and leading a program of large-scale Ticketing/Admissions initiatives aimed to enhance pricing and yielding capabilities
  • Help plan the Global RM&A Technology strategy, taking into account the business needs of different worldwide sites
  • Maintain the ~$300M roadmap of initiatives for Rooms, Tickets, Dine, Merchandise, and Activity (Niche) products
  • Identify and prioritize current and future business requests, and input initiatives into Technology’s Five Year Plan and inform value for the company’s Long Term Plan
  • Integrate across multiple business partners (e.g., Marketing, Sales Strategy, Consumer Insight, Finance, etc.) and Technology/Digital
  • Create decks and documents to articulate and visually display strategies and projects
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings / story mapping sessions with RM&A, other Business partners, and with Technology on behalf of programs and specific projects
  • Ensure team provides various project deliverables to Technology by creating and maintaining scope, requirements, user stories, UAC validation, UAT planning (test scenarios and cases) and UAT status and defect tracking.



Specialist Experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in strategic planning, program management, portfolio management, project management, and/or business analysis
  • Proven communication (verbal and written) and facilitation skills
  • Experience translating complex problems and solutions to all levels of an organization
  • Proven experience reporting out on initiatives to executives
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis and find creative, innovative, and efficient solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels in the organization
  • Exceptional leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, engage, and inspire others
  • Proven ability to lead through change and provide change advocacy
  • Strong group collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to a rapidly changing business environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously, determining next steps with minimal direction even when the next steps aren’t always clear
  • Desire to learn new things and being comfortable not always being an expert, but having a broad understanding of many things
  • Ability to present a full analysis of the current state while also having strong foresight into how to improve it
  • Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong ability to shift thinking between conceptual and tactical
  • Willingness to travel (<15%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or with Technology/Digital
  • Six Sigma/Lean certification and/or experience
  • Minimum 7 years progressive leadership experience, including managing teams
  • Familiarity with industrial engineering, marketing and sales, pricing, and/or revenue management
  • Proven familiarity of Disney business domain knowledge (experience in multiple segments is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated ability to create a culture of new and innovative ideas

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or analytical-related field or equivalent

Preferred Education

  • MBA or related advanced degree
