Your new role

  • Responsible for commercial support in early stage market development and market conceptualization, localization concepts etc. This includes early assessment and providing strategic recommendations of market attractiveness and potential development, regulatory environment as well as competitive situation
  • Responsible for the development and driving the overall Market Entry Business cases, investment application and capex card for our projects, including localization of footprint
  • Coordination of interfaces for market entry business case within the entire Business Unit for e.g. Sales, Product and portfolio management, project management, Business controlling, operations and supply chain; ensuring transparency and consolidation of the input for the business case, including risk register
  • Driving the commercial program management of market entry projects incl. preparation of steering committee material and presentation of status to Offshore management team
  • Driving the planning, reporting and controlling of key financial and other performance indicators (KPI) for the market entry programs
  • Monitoring the business plan implementation and other key performance indicators such as headcount with focus on new markets


Specialist Experience

Your qualifications

  • You hold an MBA or master's degree in management with +5 years of experience
  • You are fluent in English and additional languages are a plus
  • You have good analytical skills, systematic, structured and result oriented
  • You work as a team player and rely on your network built on trust
  • You are proactive and have initiative
  • You are an advanced user on Microsoft Office
