About the Role:


Due to continued growth and success KCP are looking for a strategic and hands on Associate Marketing Director to join our team. Reporting to the ANZ KCP General Manager, and a member of the Leadership Team, this role will develop, execute and manage the marketing strategy to meet on-going sales and commercial objectives.


As the ANZ Associate Marketing Director for our winning KCP business, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for specified segments that will drive an increase in acquisition, upsell, cross-sell and retention
  • Align with the Sales and Channel teams to understand goals, objectives and optimise the impact of marketing activities
  • Measure results and continuously improve to maximize performance
  • Plan and manage investment and budget items, ensuring a measurable Marketing ROI
  • Lead a team of experienced marketers across Brand and Category Management, Customer Experience and Digital Transformation responsibilities
  • Adopt and adapt Global and Regional marketing programs across categories and sectors
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure that all global marketing policies and procedures are followed.


Specialist Experience

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with Sales experience preferred
  • A strong hands-on business-driven marketing leader with proven track record of building a strong marketing team
  • Ability to manage in a matrix environment interfacing with all levels of the organisation including regional and global teams
  • Possesses operational command of the business and actively manage marketing spend and budgets
  • Tenacity, creativity and energy to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail—accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution
  • Innovator with the ability to influence management at all levels (internally and externally
  • Degree, Tertiary or MBA qualification is highly desirable
