Head of Procurement NTO Cluster UK/IE/META and Global Business Partner

Position opened in Turkey however location can be flexible.Major Accountabilities are listed below.
Cluster Lead Role UK, IE and META
• Deliver business value by developing and implementing world class procurement strategies by partnering with internal business key stakeholders and fully integrating with the Global Category Networks. 
• Deliver year over year total cost efficiencies for spend under category management.
• Develop and manage a cohesive annual Cluster project plan that aligns with business requirements and category strategies.
• Build and develop senior level business partnerships and drive a procurement value proposition with key stakeholder groups. Manages relationships across the Platform Heads, the CFOs, Platform and Site Leadership Teams and functional stakeholders within the Cluster and in collaboration with Global/Regional Heads of Procurement 
• Provide critical management support for project requirements in complex, multi-tiered, global business environment that includes project mobilization and execution at cluster level.
• Create and manage SLAs and KPIs for procurement performance. Ensures delivery against the Procurement Balanced Scorecard at country and cluster level.
• Is accountable for process and systems solution implementation in alignment with the Systems and Operations group to drive overall procurement efficiencies and improve compliance.
• Develops and implements a consistent procurement policy, ensure consistent and robust compliance.
• Coordinate and contribute to key global/regional and cross divisional initiatives, by identifying local business requirements and collaborating with Global Category Management.
• Manage, develop and lead the cluster procurement team to be a group of highly motivated business professionals to build a high-performance team.
• Ensure that Cluster Category Managers represent Country/Cluster Category needs to the relevant Global Category Leads/Managers.
• Ensure that Cluster Category Managers support the relevant Global Category Heads to reconcile the “gaps” between bottom-up and top-down targets.
• Is accountable for the overall delivery of the Cluster savings targets following the target setting process.
• Ensures delivery against the Procurement Balanced Scorecard measures at a Country level for all direct and indirect NTO Categories.
Global Business Partner for NTO Platform Solids
• Responsible for the communication and alignment with the business on the full Procurement value contribution, plans and key priorities. Ensure platform and sites have frequent and full visibility of Procurement contribution and are engaged in driving overall agenda. Gather and share feedback from business with other Procurement domains and ensure action plan are implemented to deliver against key priorities as well as to realign overall Procurement value proposition
• Co-responsible for delivering against Category Strategy and Annual Category plans key milestones and financial expectations by securing business support locally and at platform level. Support NBS, NTO Procurement initiatives that are rolled out at platform and site level
• Responsible to drive NBS and NTO key priorities including reduction of Total Cost of Ownership TCO, complexity reduction through supplier rationalization, standardization and implementation of sustainable solutions at platform and site level.
• Ensure efficient and effective site support to all manufacturing sites as part of platform network and beyond. Support any divestment, closure or acquisition of sites. 
• Co-responsible for development of tools, processes, innovative solutions, implementation of solution to support the business and by leveraging other NBS and NTO Procurement organizations and external service providers.
• Represent all NTO Procurement aspects as part of the Solids Leadership Platform

 

 

Specialist Experience

University degree in Business or Finance (MBA mandatory)
German and English fluently spoken and written
10+ years of sourcing experience with strong background in category management process
Proven skills in manageing complex projects 
Successful record of managing and developing professional teams
Extensive experience in change and category management as well as senior level influencing.
