Account Technology Strategist

Job Description

As an Account Technology Strategist, you'll be acting as your customers' virtual Chief Technology Officer, and you'll be expected to:

  • Be a technical thought leader by sharing your broad technical knowledge of the Microsoft platform, our competition, and the industry with customers—increasing the demand for our cloud services
  • Utilize your broad knowledge of enterprise architecture, Microsoft cloud services (including the latest innovations and solutions), and your customers' technology environments to develop strategic roadmaps to help your customers get to their desired future state.
  • Build strong relationships with Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Security Officers, other technical and business decision makers, and the developer community—and become a trusted technology advisor for digital transformation and cloud services.
  • Orchestrate activities across Microsoft and Partner virtual teams to maximize business results, customer success, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate change management leadership skills by assisting customers with new business models, process and workflow changes, and employee impact assessments as they move towards the desired future state.
  • Drive long-term growth by focusing on sustainable usage of cloud solutions that align to customer objectives and business value.

3.Drive customer Net Satisfaction within top 3 in your market

4. The most important responsibility is to dirve and dramatically accelerate cloud consumption (Azure, MWP and Dynamics)

4. Skill required : technical skills to promote our platform and evangelize the customers, project mgm, and knowlede og change mgm methodoligies.




Specialist Experience

  • Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge: Applicants should have:
  • Ability to lead strategically while balancing tactical accountabilities.
  • Solution seeking mentality, excited by challenge.
  • Global/International experience to lead multi-cultural diverse and remote teams.
  • Leadership and confidence required to challenge customer status quo.
  • Deep understanding of key competitive technologies and/or specific industries
  • Talent and skill to influence and motivate global virtual teams and other valuable stakeholders.  
  • The ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft technologies to C-Level and senior business decision makers
  • A Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; MBA is preferred

10-15 years of selling to large scale enterprise customers
