Job Description

We are seeking a Talent & Organization Development Manager – Mexico who is passionate about providing strategies, frameworks, and tools for growing enterprise leaders, building engaged environments and creating effective organizations in our multi-national matrixed environment.

Included in our efforts are performance management, employee engagement, talent planning, enterprise leadership development curriculum, virtual learning strategies, change management, culture and inclusion, and our employee networks.

The T&OD Manager works with the Mexico market to develop and execute a learning and development strategy that aligns to and supports the achievement of the region’s strategic talent initiatives and goals.  In addition, this manager will deliver and lead initiatives and programs across the entire Latin America region in partnership with other T&OD leaders and corporate initiatives.

Specialist Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or directly relevant HR discipline
  • 5+ years of human resources and/or organizational development experience
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-national, multi-cultural business in a matrixed environment
  • Professional Proficiency in English and Spanish languages required
  • Position requires travel up to 20% percent of time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership, coaching and feedback skills.
  • MBA or MA in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence up and across levels, functions, divisions, within organization.
