Head of Channel Development, Modern Trade

Job Description

  • Reporting directly to: Head of Channel Development (Trade Marketing Director)
  • Subordinate: 01,
  • High frequency of interaction: Marketing, Commercial Excellent, Sales, Operations, Finance….
  • Working location: 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh


  • Developing Strategic channel plans at an Account Level & Pharmacy Channel level to meet the top line sales objective
  • Develop and manage the Annual Business plans for these National Accounts
  • Managing the Account wise profitability & cost of sales
  • Deliver the Perfect Punch for NPI / Launches through robust plans:
  • Take on the category advisory role
  • Manage all strategic interfaces with all Accounts
  • Manage industry interfaces and keep the organization informed about developments in the retail sector



Specialist Experience

  • At least 7 years of working in MT channel required, in which at least 5 years’ experience at Manager level with significant achievements in managing a large area and a team
  • Experienced in Milk Industry/ FMCG business in Modern Trade
  • Able to handle operation jobs achieve target through management skills such as planning, organization skill, meeting, communication, negotiation, team work, customer service.
  • Good record in previous companies
  • Excellent knowledge & understanding in FMCG
  • Excellent account management skills
  • Good relationship/ network with clients
  • Striving, Thinking, Relating
  • Good English and IT skills
  • Bachelor Degree (or MBA preferred)
