Product Marketing Senior Manager

Job Description

As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing CRM Marketing Strategies for Latin America in according to Oracle Global guidance and will be the liaison with Demand Generation, Sales, BDMs, GTMs and other areas. Among other responsibilities, you you’ll be required to: 

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization for planning, marketing and sales initiatives;
  • Benchmark LAD CRM strategy against other regions and market best practices;
  • Consolidate learnings from benchmark into LAD strategy;
  • Support current initiatives and create new strategies to generate new contacts, refresh current contacts and increase database accuracy and data quality;
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company;
  • Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities;
  • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organization and maximising commercial opportunities;
  • Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach;


Specialist Experience

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing within IT industry;
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM activities;
  • English/Spanish required | Portuguese preferred;


  • Strong analytical skills, detailed-oriented;
  • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong data modeling and transformation knowledge;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and hold high level meetings;
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment;
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration;
  • Extremely creative and oriented toward problem resolution;
  • Ability to think and work strategically; able to plan ahead and foresee risks and opportunities;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and follow-up on simultaneous projects;
  • Practical internet knowledge. Software business management experience. 4 years technical marketing experience.
  • Previous development experience or developer marketing experience desired. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Successful track record in management.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • MBA a plus.
