Analyst- Executive board programme (Market Research)- Hyderabad

Job Description

The role of the Analyst in the Executive board programme (EBP) is to support the various programme teams to achieve their business goals by taking on tasks and responsibilities that would enable smooth and efficient execution of events under the different programmes.

This would require the Analyst to develop strong working relations with his/her UK counterpart and become and integrated part of the overall team part of the programme team/s he/she supports.

 

Work you’ll do

As a part this team, you will:

  • Database management:
    o   Help create/maintain standard protocols, materials, and tools for enabling the team to improve efficiency in servicing its clients/stakeholders.
    o   Update SharePoint sites with documents provided by sector leads. Update and maintain a repository of data
  • Research & Analysis: Contribute to relevant background work to ensure the success of the campaign/initiative – Includes secondary research, CRM, basic data analysis, completing forms
  • Mailbox Management: Managing day to day logistics of client programs. In case of events: answer FAQs, redirecting queries and providing status on registration responses, etc.
  • Distribution lists: Create/manage distribution lists and reports.
  • Template creation: Help create/ maintain templates for newsletter, debriefs, and executive profiling
  • Working with senior stakeholders and our EA network across the business, via email and telephone.
  • Scheduling of meetings and calls with multiple stakeholders and monitor acceptances

Specialist Experience

Required: 

  • Any graduate/ MBA in Marketing and/or business desirable
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Managing multiple clients and projects at a time.
  • Technical skills – Intermediate Level Excel, PowerPoint, Word. familiarity with research tools and publications e.g. Factiva, Bloomberg, MintGlobal, Wall st Journal, Companies House and awareness of CRM tool.
  • Information gathering, event and campaign management experience.
  • Experience of working with brand guidelines and templates.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, at all levels 
  • Team player - shows evidence of working with others to get things done, specifically across a matrix structure 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills, that clearly articulate priorities and expectations 
  • Evidence of participation and interest in the broader activities and positioning of the firm 
  • Experience of working in professional services / multi stakeholder environment.
  • Understanding of digital channels, including email marketing website content, and social media 
  • High attention to detail and pride in producing quality, error free work
  • Is open, receptive and adaptable to change- flexible.
  • Demonstrates integrity and a can-do attitude.
