Get to know the Role:

This is a new role focused on helping to build and grow the GrabFood side of the business. You will work closely with various stakeholders in GrabFood and transport team to develop differentiated food delivery products across Indonesia and you will be responsible for taking these products to market.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess impact of proposed solutions.
  • Design market intelligence metrics and performance measurement dashboards for Grab Food.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to help plan and execute the demand growth strategy for Grab Food
  • Perform analysis & research plans to support decision making process.
  • Able to partner closely with all business stakeholders within Grab Food, transport and other cross-functions to set and implement strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end data projects; identifying issues, gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, interpreting patterns, and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market.
  • Conduct industry analysis and research with respect to competitive market trends to drive business insights.
  • Support to design and refine pricing and incentives schemes.



Specialist Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. MBA is a major advantage.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in Management Consulting/Business Intelligence/Market Research/investment banking.
  • Experience in business analysis and corporate planning.
  • Ability to use various metrics to analyze complex case.
  • Experience in data extraction and manipulation.
  • Ability to use data visualization to create meaningful insights.
  • High level of adaptability in working in a high pressure working environment.
  • Dependable and reliable with timely follow-up skills.
  • Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly.
