Assistant Customer Relationship Centre Manager (Nespresso)

Main Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:

  • Represent and lead Customer Relationship Centre (CRC) Team to ensure the visibility of each activity
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with all Nespresso Channels (Trade, B2B, e-Commerce, Boutiques) to deliver a consistent customer experience
  • Act as the key change agent to promote agility and continuous improvement in the CRC
  • Raise awareness among internal stakeholders about the mission of CRC, encouraging an internal discussion around the value, cost and customer effort behind each CRC activity
  • Collect and analyze all the metrics linked to customer satisfaction and use clear, logical steps to understand the main drivers and how to address them
  • Actively participate in the activities of the Global CRC community, exchanging best practices and developing a strong international network
  • Define the CRC organization, size, budget and resource requirements, ensuring adherence to plan and management of talents
  • Continuously monitor budget as per Operational Plan (OP), in accordance to corporate audit guideline


Specialist Experience

You, as successful applicant should possess the followings: 

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Hospitality Management, or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service Field
  • Strong command of English
  • Experience in managing a team is a must
  • Experience in setting up Customer Relationship Centre is an additional advantage
