Main Purpose 

Responsible to support Shopper insights understanding and develop key capabilities across Latam. Enable connection of Demand Spaces into point of sales to activate demand. Ensure shopper insights embedded on channel & client's strategies to improve strategies impact.

Main Accountabilities 

  • Align research methodologies and leverage shopper research negotiations.
  • Develop and socialize shopper fundamentals, selling stories & trends
  • Connect Demand spaces into Point of sales actionable strategies through shopper insights
  • Ensure shopper insights are embedded in clients JBB aligned with WCCE.
  • Analyze and interpret Home Panel Data
  • Identify business opportunities based on deep channels and shoppers understanding.
  • Manage budget, regional bids and procurement process



Specialist Experience

  • Education: Marketing, Business Administration, Economics Sciences, Industrial Engineering, MBA desired.
  • Functional Experience: 5 years commercial strategy and insights experience
  • Consumer & Shopper Insights (4 years)
  • Market research / Marketing (2 years)
  • Language: 100% Spanish & English, Portuguese desired
  • Driving for Results, Decision Making, collaboration, Influence others to act
  • Creating an Inclusive work environment, to demonstrate passion for winning in the marketplace.
  • Multi-Category experience (F&B desired), Marketplace Knowledge.
  • Strategic Thinking, Innovating.
  • Research methodologies deep knowledge (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Leading with insights in terms of navigation, understanding the implications and translating them into action.
  • Numeracy, analytical and connection variables
  • Communicating with impact, building compelling communications and delivering powerful insights.
