Job opportunity & Role:
Amazon Advertising is building a world class team in multiple locations which also includes and not limited to Bratislava, Shanghai and India that will support remote Onboarding experience and marketing activities to support advertisers & teams across the European region.
We are looking for a seasoned, experienced advertising leader who can help us build & scale this business, who will lead implementation and execution of activities in existing and new markets. The person will be responsible for building the team, setting and meeting goals for different markets. Will also be responsible for setting up the programs, hiring the relevant talent, mentoring the team on advertising related initiatives and ensuring that strategic business goals set are met.
To do this, the person needs to have a deep understanding of our advertising ecosystem, have account-management/sales/operational capabilities, as well as have the ability identify problem statements, to drive inferences from data to identify opportunities. In addition to working closely with the team members, this person will interact with product development, technical teams, business teams and clients. This leader will have to feel comfortable in an ambiguous environment of explosive growth, making fast paced decision using data and being able to both think at a high and detailed level.

· Define roadmaps for markets for different initiatives by working with marketing and business, train the team to execute the plan and deliver the results
· Flawlessly execute onboarding programs and new projects, test and learns, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
· Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency and drive high retention rates of advertisers
· Own business reviews and engage with senior leadership teams on a regular basis
· Hire right talent required and mentor them for success

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1.975 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Inc. in USA. Specialist Experience

· Proven experience of ad operations, online marketing and advertising and people management
· Experience in Sales will be an added advantage
· Creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated professional who should be self-driven, be able to work independently and own up all programs and deliverables
· Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain
· Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
· Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred
· Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
· Experience in PPC/Display advertising
· In particular, experience working in advertising products such as Google Adwords or Microsoft Bing.
· Management experience of large teams


· MBA or other related Master's degree
· Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results
· Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
· Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education
