Portfolio Developer Executive – Simcenter

Job Description

Portfolio Development is a key part of our corporate go-to-market strategy and a new position is now available within the CEE Region Portfolio Development Executive.

Engineering companies increasingly need to predict real-world performance of their products using simulation tools that capture all of the physics that influence product efficiency and performance including those that cross the boundaries of traditional engineering disciplines. To improve your product, you need to be able to predict how performance changes in response to multiple parametric design changes.

Specifically, SimcenterTM has a leading set of multi-physics solutions based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) allowing simulation of flow and thermal behaviour of products and designs that operate in real-world conditions. These tools help companies to innovate by driving automation, design exploration and optimization allowing exploration of the entire design space instead of focusing on single point design scenarios.

As a Portfolio Development Executive, you would be expected to have a commercial background and experience of working in engineering software simulation. You would lead the CEE Region go-to-market strategy with a goal to maximise revenues from this Siemens Portfolio, working closely with country organisations on developing regional plans and driving sales pursuits.

Who are we?

Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Digital Factory Division, is a leading global provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and services with 15 million licensed seats and more than 144,000 customers worldwide. The Global Sales, Marketing & Services (GSM&S) organization is responsible for selling and supporting the underlying PLM products, including e.g. CAMStar, NX, Solid Edge, Polarion, Simcenter, SimaticIT, R&D Suite, Teamcenter, and Tecnomatix.
