Job Description

Use your knowledge of customers, the industry and competition to identify and pursue opportunities for growth for Honeywell's Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) business. You will develop strategies to gain new customers in current markets, and identify ways to penetrate new markets and channels. You will influence and partner with other Honeywell business leaders, marketing, sales, product development and various functions to define a long term roadmap for reaching and securing new customers. You will build strategic customer relationships, identify potential mergers or acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances.

Define roadmap for product portfolio that will lead the way to success for Honeywell's future in people protective equipment sector
Define target customers and markets which will lead to growth in the SPS 
Explore new customers and markets, recommending the greatest opportunities for growth for product area

Specialist Experience

YOU MUST HAVE

 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven sales experience
  • Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem solving skills
  • Proven effectiveness working across multiple geographies
  • Extensive industry and portfolio knowledge
  • Understanding of joint ventures, channels and acquisitions
  • MBA or Advanced Business Degree is preferred
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Builds strong business relationships
