We are looking for a driving force to join our Product & Innovation Insights team. You will be part of the global Customer & Market Insights department at the headquarter. From advocating the use of state of the art market research methods to following through on the implementation of our recommendations. In the role you will act as partner for multiple business units and sharpen the overall mission of our team to provide strategic insights and influence the corporate strategy.

What does the role involve?

As a business partner within the Product and Innovation Insights team you act as a sparring partner for several Business Units and as a true entrepreneur uncovering customer and market insights to inspire strategic plans. By developing solid research plans, selecting the appropriate techniques and partners, translating research findings into business recommendations and converting clear facts into strategic insights; you will ultimately contribute to guide the innovation pipeline of “your” business units. As a change agent you will advocate the use of best in class methods within our field in order to increase our competitive advantage. With a customer oriented mind-set and can-do attitude, you support the development of our strategic product and services insights.

Specialist Experience

  • MBA/Master degree in business, marketing, market research required
  • Minimum 5 years’ market research experience (quantitative and qualitative research projects), ideally in the field of product / services development
  • A true entrepreneur who can craft a direction and involve others
  • Strong persuading, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Effective team player skills and ability to interact effectively with worldwide stakeholders
  • Excellent English written, presentation skills and ability to convey a story out of analysis
