Role purpose:

Working collaboratively with Relationship Managers and other key stakeholders, the primary responsibility of the LC Structured Finance Manager is the management of the credit application process, including the composition of qualitative and quantitative credit analysis, and the ongoing monitoring of business performance through timely and critical analysis of management information and compliance with financial covenants. The LC Structured Finance Manager should also support LC Relationship Managers in the appropriate structuring of new transactions, including financial modelling and the prudent sensitising of financial projections.


Specialist Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
  • Master in Finance or MBA, desirable.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Credit Risk or Company Analysis related job.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced degree in business finance, accounting, economics, math, statistics, or engineering strongly preferred
  • 2 years professional experience working in corporate banking or corporate finance is a strong plus
  • Superior computer skills in Excel, Word and related applications.
  • A demonstrable understanding of corporate finance, corporate banking, and experience dealing with customers
  • Excellent analytical capabilities working with financial statements
  • Ability to work independently, maximizing efforts to ensure efficiency, accuracy & on-time delivery while taking on new initiatives
  • Strong desire to work in the banking sector
  • MBA/CFA or progress toward CFA is a plus
