Role:

·         Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the restaurants to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standards.

·         Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as brand image.

·         Implementation of sales and promotional activities as well as the smooth operations at store level.

·         In charge of manpower plan within budget.

·         Provide counselling, coaching, training and motivating restaurant teams with strong business drive

·         Analyse market trends, evaluate competitive challenges and identify opportunities for business growth.

·         Utilize financial reporting, analysis, and critical thinking to manage labor, inventory, and all other business lines to achieve optimal results while closely monitoring P &L.

·         Ensure team accountability for excellence in food quality, consistency and execution, cleanliness and maintenance, and guest experience

 

Specialist Experience

·                Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management or an MBA holder or 5 + years of experience in a managerial position.

·                Fluent in Greek and English language.

·                Computer literate (Microsoft Suite).

·                Ability to demonstrate flexibility in working hours.

·                Must possess a driving licence for a manual car and the ability to travel.

·                Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as a part of a team by helping others as needed or requested

·                Possess an extremely strong work ethic

·                Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
