Position Description:

The Regional Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of the BU strategy (marketing plan) at regional level, in alignment with the OpCo strategy. Responsible for achieving Sales and GP targets, as well as for managing Marketing budgets for the BU(s). Partners with Commercial teams to provide required direction and support and to ensure the commercial execution that leads to achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture insights and translating them into viable solutions for customers, communicating value, translating market dynamics into pricing strategy driving profitability, portfolio management, forecast and demand planning, new product launches. Market research, agency management, marketing plan development (media/ promotion)
  • Demonstrates a consistent framework to effectively build business objective, marketing objective, source of volume, value preposition, and metrics into well differentiated strategies.
  • Translates market dynamics into pricing and contracting decisions for new and existing products to bring value.
  • Defining and aligning strategy with cross functional teams, integrating and coordinating them to achieve results.
  • Adds new value to customers by using existing knowledge on customer needs, preferences and priorities to personalize offerings to the highest degree possible. 


Specialist Experience

  1. Education level required: Bachelor's degree. Master’s in marketing or MBA will be a plus.
  2. +8 Years of Experience in local/regional marketing

  • Ability to react to complex situations, quickly identifying strategies and solutions, learning new concepts, demonstrating keen insights, assimilating large amount of information while maintaining self-composure.

Required Experience:

  • Experience working in different business models from a marketing perspective.
  • Experience in Value Selling to non Clinical Stakeholders.

  • Desired health Care industry experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time.
