Job Description :
This position will support and manage various aspects of prepaid servicing operations managing financial planning & governance framework, including governance, quality management and reporting. 
This position will manage day to day work streams communication, updates to senior leadership. financial management and governance activities like annually refreshing Prepaid Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA), Control & Gaps assessment, Issue management (ORE/CAPs). 
This position will also monitor, oversee the audit management for internal/ external audit for Prepaid. Monitoring issues and complaints for trending & reporting and regulatory changes management activities. 

Job Description 
• Provide decision support on financial planning and strategies for staff , business management and resource allocation. 
• Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of business decisions including that can determine return on investments (ROI) based on partner management & resource requirements. 
• Work on Measures of success for the organization, including cost benefit, MoS modelling diverse and ambiguous decision making process, being able to identify business risks, opportunities and appropriate management actions. 
• Prepare presentation and effectively communicate analytic results, business performance to senior leadership and stakeholders 
• Work closely with Operational and Finance management and their teams to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the business and its evolving needs. 
• Work closely with Governance team and support the governance activities for the Prepaid Business


Specialist Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. MBA Desired 
• Experience in financial analysis and planning with proven success record with a strong sense of financial integrity 
• Understanding of the prepaid business and in general functioning of American Express 
• Proven track record of driving results, and strong mix of creativity and strategic thinking 
• Partnership management experience, ideally with demonstrated ability to optimize existing partnerships via influence, creativity and determination 
• Analytical skills to evaluate program performance and identify where we should invest resources to improve results 
• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships in order to influence internal and external partners 
• Draw energy and motivation from the opportunity to deliver results – committed and able to rise to a challenge 
• Excellent oral and written communication 
• People leadership experience preferred 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a matrix environment
