Senior Manager, IMC Strategy

Job Summary


1. This role is part of the Consumer Data-Driven Marketing (CDM) group.
2. Drive the IM CDM performance in strategy development and growth and growth


Role and Responsibilities


  • Drive the CDM strategy development and growth agenda through
    • Accelerate digital activation - ie the leverage of the innovation phase
    • Drive new innovation projects in the space of Data-Driven Marketing (attribution models for digital & social spends, new targeting strategies, bringing the latest thinking in AdTech & MarTech)
  • Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing plans to deliver on the market share growth agenda
  • Implementing best-in-class digital and data-driven marketing strategy for Smartphone's, social wrap and digital channels & platforms through
    • Design and manage regional Flagship and Mid-Third Campaigns from brief to final implementation stage.
    • Campaign remit includes - social & digital channels, CRM, website content (on
    • Elevate the digital analytics benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Drive increased value from our marketing agency partners - work with the creative and media teams to develop innovative & cutting-edge campaigns
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams globally and in-country to drive best practice digital and social media campaign planning
  • Manage effective communication between local markets and RHQ / HQ to ensure issues are quickly resolved, and timely sharing of best practices across region.
    • Identify areas of efficiency and improvement in South-East Asia region
    • Partner with teams to advocate digital excellence and talent development, and integrate digital insights / trends into a holistic approach
  • Build strong relationships with digital channel partners Google, Facebook, and other leading digital media partners
  • Possess solid experience in digital and data-driven marketing
  • Manage a regional marketing budget
  • Fluent in the integrated marketing communications and the role digital plays in the consumer experience and cross-channel marketing mix
  • Familiar with hearing segmentation and having a passion for understanding
  • Possess a passion for keeping up with media, data and technology
  • Be a individual contributor (when required), willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity
  • Willingness to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies
  • Possess outstanding and clear communication skills - able to think strategically and analytically to understand complex or ambiguous issues and articulate strategic solutions, and provide recommendations


Specialist Experience



  • Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years' experience working exclusively in Brand Management & Integrated Comms. and / or Digital Marketing for a Tech / Electronics / CPG Marketer / Finance
  • Willing to travel regionally and at short notice
