HW Project/Program Manager

Job Description

Mobileye is looking for HW Project/Program Managers for a challenging position in managing the latest advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS) projects for various automotive companies.

What will YOU do?

  • Serve as an HW project/program manager for ADAS features utilizing Mobileye's vision technology.
  • Focus on managing the HW, embedded, HW-SW integration and system aspects of projects.
  • Matrix Management of the project timeline, integration steps, and functional progress.
  • Manage the project requirements, test plans and documentation.
  • Lead and facilitate internal project design discussions with technology teams.
  • Gather technical requirements for the project internal and customer specific functionality.
  • Inbound and Outbound project communication.
  • Work with the internal development and project teams to define the project Road Map and drive project deliveries.
  • Joint work with lead car manufactures, including joint workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.

 

Specialist Experience

 

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, electrical engineering or a related technical field - Must
  • M.Sc. / MBA - Advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant technical domains or managing projects or programs.
  • Experience in development - Must
  • Experience in working with Matrix based Project management-big advantage
  • Past development management role - Advantage
  • Proven experience in customer-facing positions - Advantage
  • PMP Certification - Advantage
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Fluent English and Hebrew
