Associate / Consultant, Corporate Strategy team


As an Associate / Consultant in the Corporate Strategy team, you will work with the Chief Strategy Officer as well as the Southeast Asia (SEA) Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to set strategic priorities, align business and firm vision, and share best practices. With this being an internal strategy and planning role, you will be at the center of the firm, performing primary and secondary research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems.  In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of business cases, presentations and publications.

Specialist Experience

  • Masters’ Degree or Bachelor Degree in any discipline, from a recognized Tier 1 university is preferred
  • Strong academic performance in your bachelor, master or MBA degree program
  • Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.

        Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment

  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
  • A sense of humor!
