We are looking for a highly experienced Manager Digital Channels to lead our Digital department in Philip Morris Bulgaria, shape and execute our Digital Strategy in alignment with our smoke-free vision and based on local landscape. You will have the overall responsibility to ensure tailored and consistent consumer experience across all digital channels and have a direct impact on sales and growth.

• Localise and execute global Reduced Risk Products (RRP)* digital strategies within budget requirements and aligned with the country management
• Define the local digital marketing strategy and ensure brand consistency across all digital consumer touchpoints (Social, Digital media, E-Commerce and CRM)
• Develop local digital priorities, guide execution of digital plan and oversee digital marketing budget and performance metrics
• Liaise with our Global Commercial and Digital teams to ensure cohesive strategies and execution of digital roadmap 
• Lead the Digital team, define required skills and capability development needs in the local market 
• Drive buy-in across teams and with external stakeholders
• Lead ?ustomer care by ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Challenge the status quo and identify areas of improvements and innovation
• Capture and ensure best practices and processes implementation across the local Digital team activities for the consistent delivery of digital projects’ results

Specialist Experience

• 6+ years working experience in leading roles in digital and commercial environment (e.g. Head of Digital Marketing or similar positions).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian 
• University degree or MBA in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration. 
• Proven experience in a senior management position – mentoring and developing teams, excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Ability to articulate a strategic vision and to engage the team & the wider organization to be part of the journey
• Experience on lean start-up, Agile and SCRUM methodologies 
• Excellent all-round digital expertise championing innovative digital approaches
• Deep knowledge and proven track record in significantly improving the digital capability of an organization and executing Omni-Channel consumer journeys 
• Great business sense and mind-set underpinned by data-driven thinking
• Wide knowledge of the digital landscape and latest technologies
• Strong ability to influence upper management, own team and external stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail
