• Perform analysis of the historic financial information of the target?
• Obtain an understanding of internal controls over key business cycles and over financial reporting processes.
• Perform procedures specified by the client in relation to individual account balances and transactions of interest to them
• Selects appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing large and complex data sets to extract insights and support solutions
• Manages own work in an ethical manner with a continuous attention to quality and risk rules, and confidentiality
• Participate in major client pursuits, including proposals preparation and presentations
• Seek opportunities to challenge self; team with others across businesses and borders to deliver and take accountability for own and team results
• Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders
• Understands objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns own work to objectives and sets personal priorities 


Specialist Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or MBA; 
• 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in Big Four accounting firm and/or audit or equivalent transaction services; 
• Familiar with potential risk management issues; 
• Excellent financial and business analytical skills; 
• Possess good business sense and awareness of commercial and economic issues; 
• Exposure to IPO, Special Audit and due diligence would be an advantage; 
• Self-motivated, good team player with ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure; 
• Willing to take on challenges and responsibilities; 
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese); 
• Excellent written skills in English and Chinese ; 
• Willing to travel (occasionally with short notice).
