Job Description



A sales-focused, Strategic Account Executive for one of the fastest growing Regions, Mexico and Hispanic LATAM.  This Strategic AE will evaluate and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. This Strategic AE will also help drive strategic initiatives, monitor competitive activity, and identify Education customer needs. The successful candidate will be an experienced and polished presenter of business solutions with thorough knowledge of Digital Transformation and its impact for companies in different vertical markets. This individual must be able to engage with CMO, CDO, CIO, CFO and key high-level decision-makers. This position requires residence in Mexico City, Mexico.


What you’ll do


Responsible for defining and implementing Territory business plans to meet quarterly Sales revenue goals. Develops  Strategic Account Plans to drive revenue for the Adobe Experience Cloud assets with top Accounts across the region Sell Adobe’s Digital Marketing Platform solutions into strategic accounts.  Works closely with the Marketing, Professional Services Inside Sales, Solution Specialists and Partner teams to maximize Territory/account coverage Create 3x+ pipeline required to Meets or exceeds revenue goals.  Effectively mobilizing the selling team noted above is critical to success Develops and maintains strategic account relationships with Adobe Experience Cloud customers to ensure Customer References are created and ongoing Strategic plans are implemented with our early adopters and most valued Customers.


Specialist Experience


  • Understanding and / or experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Transformation
  • Enterprise and solution selling experience
  • Proven & continuous track record of success Ability to work independently AND also lead the virtual selling team based on Territory & Account Plans noted above
  • Experience developing strategic opportunities in conjunction with a sales team.
  • 5 + years sales experience in Enterprise sales.
  • Ideal background has enterprise customer experience.
  • Requires understanding of complex business models.
  • Strong presentation, communication and critical thinking skills.
    Proven success in displaying   commitment to developing excellent customer relationships and ensuring their success
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA desirable
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
