PRODUCT MANAGER - LOGITECH G

Job Description

Logitech G is searching for a new product manager to help us make the best gaming gear in the world. In this role, you will be responsible for the definition and positioning of products within one or more of our product lines. You will drive development from concept to launch, working with multidisciplinary teams around the globe. You will research gamers' needs, identify market opportunities, and deliver gear that helps gamers win. You will also provide support for product messaging, packaging and marketing communication in preparation for launch.  You should have a passion for PC and console gaming and well-designed hardware and software experiences.

• Own your products across their full lifecycle - from concept to end of life
• Work with the portfolio manager to identify gaps and propose new product and product line opportunities
• Work with global sales, marketing, esports, and research teams to develop key insights that will help you define new products
• Collaborate with consumer insights, engineering, sourcing, and project management teams to deliver the right product at the right price – on time
• Be the company-wide expert in your product line(s), including costs, materials, technologies, competitors, and usage model trends
• Act as the spokesperson for your products both internally and externally
• Work with technical marketing to deliver high-quality content for consumer and journalist training
• Work on multiple products simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and energetic environment

Specialist Experience

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Be a gamer
• 2+ years product management experience in a gaming-oriented hardware product environment
• Excellent creative and problem solving skills
• Experience meeting global consumers’ needs and preferences
• Willingness to challenge preconceived ideas and learn new things
• Data-driven mindset with well-developed business skills
• Ability to navigate dynamic situations and provide pragmatic solutions
• High degree of self-motivation and self-direction
• Great storyteller who can create a clear product vision and help others to see it
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
• BA or BS (or equivalent) required, MBA preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
